1.⁠ ⁠Do you offer refunds or returns?
At the moment, we do not offer refunds or returns.
We do, however, allow exchanges under the conditions below.

2.⁠ ⁠What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The item is unworn and unused
• All original tags are still attached
• The garment is returned in its original condition

Kindly note that items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, stains, odours, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.

3.⁠ ⁠Can I exchange for another size or design?
Yes, exchanges are subject to availability.
• Exchanges are limited to one time per order
• If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion

4.⁠ ⁠Are sale or promotional items exchangeable?
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special releases are not eligible for exchange or refund.

5.⁠ ⁠How do I request an exchange?
Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

Kindly include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

6.⁠ ⁠Who covers the shipping cost for exchanges?
Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

7.⁠ ⁠Product condition & measurements
All garments are carefully checked before shipping.
Minor differences in measurements (±1–2cm) or slight colour variations due to lighting and screen settings are considered normal.

8.⁠ ⁠A gentle note
To ensure fairness to all customers, we reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.

9.⁠ ⁠Policy updates
We may update these policies from time to time without prior notice.
