At sher, we take great care in ensuring the quality of every piece we send out. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. NO REFUNDS

At this time, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


2. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The item is unworn and unused
• All original tags are attached
• The item is returned in its original condition

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alterations, stains, odours, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.


3. SIZE OR DESIGN EXCHANGES

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
• Only one exchange is allowed per order
• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion

Store credit, if issued, will be valid for a limited period and cannot be exchanged for cash.


4. SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Items purchased during:
• Sales
• Promotions
• Special releases

are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


5. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

Kindly include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to exchange
• The requested size or design (subject to availability)

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.


6. SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES

• All return and re-delivery shipping costs are borne by the customer
• sher is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit


7. PRODUCT CONDITION & MEASUREMENTS

All items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch.

Please note:
• Minor measurement differences of ±1–2cm are considered normal
• Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings

These variations do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for exchange or refund.


8. RIGHT TO DECLINE

To maintain fairness for all customers, sher reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.


9. POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version displayed on our website at the time of purchase will apply.
